I-40 W via EXIT 81B toward Winston-Salem.
Merge onto I-40-BR W/US-421 N via EXIT 206 toward Kernersville / Winston-Salem Downtown. Merge onto US-52 N/NC-8 N/John M Gold Fwy via EXIT 6B toward Mount Airy / Smith Reynolds  Airport/Airport.
