Provide Financial Counseling/Education regarding pre purchase counseling to individuals and families and provide an Action Plan with options for the goal of new home purchase and maintenance.

Service Assistant Representative Payee Program

Provide administrative support to the Representative Payee Program by collecting and distributing mail, filing documents and making copies of documents for permanent file when appropriate. This position also supports the Service Assistant by answering calls, accessing the client’s immediate need and communicate directly with Benefit Counselors to manage accounts.
